If you are an intermediate and have a good considerable knowledge about workout you have to workout about 3 to 4 days in a week to manage and to balance your daily workout routine. because it also helps you to boost your strength on a good level. A split workout for an intermediate is the best as it helps you to give more time to each and every muscles.
Expert
Being an expert means you have around 2-3 years of experiance and also it give you like enough knowledge to set up your daily workout routine. An expert should workout about 5-6 days in a week. What almost all the experts do is, they split their workout as 3-3 days and 1 day rest.
