Like this is the most asked question by them. if workout is done in a continous basis it does not affect our body btw it is good for all of us but , as we all know "EVERY STORY HAVE TWO SIDES" It is good if you workout on a daily basis but only if you are getting a consistent and a good amount of sleep. if you keep working out without getting a  good amount of sleep which is at least 7 to 8 hours in a day.

Beginner

If you are beginner you probably should workout 2 to 3 Days in a week in order to boost their strength and gain more stamina, as first you have to give your muscle habit to lift weight and to face the pain. While working out as beginner you  should do full body workout.

Intermediate 

If you are an intermediate and have a good considerable knowledge about workout you have to workout about 3 to 4 days in a week to manage and to balance your daily workout routine. because it also helps you to boost your strength on a good level. A split workout for an intermediate is the best as it helps you to give more time to each and every muscles. 

Expert

Being an expert means you have around  2-3 years of experiance and also it give you like enough knowledge to set up your daily workout routine. An expert should workout about 5-6 days in a week. What almost all the experts do is, they split their workout as 3-3 days and 1 day rest.
