Stack'D - A New Name With Decade Long Time In Service.

  Forget Shake Shack. The heck with Belcampo’s $28, 100-day-dry-aged, grass-fed beef on a bun. Hudson Yards’ go-to burger is the $6 gut-buster at the US Veterans Burgers & Fries carts just outside the 7 train station. It’s the best combo of beefy burger flavor and mouthfeel I’ve had in a year: two tasty, juicy patties, topped with supermarket yellow cheese, grilled as requested to a perfect, pink-center medium-rare, the whole lubricious ooze mingled with a piquant, “nine-ingredient secret sauce.” Kudrat Bash and Ali Rativ, the friendly folks who’ve run the cart at that location for three years, won’t say what the ingredients are.
